① API 5CT Specification coupling undergoes a rigorous manufacturing and heat treatment process to ensure strength and toughness under extreme conditions, these processes cover raw material selection(high-quality alloy steel), mechanical testing including tensile strength, sulfide stress cracking test (for C90 or T95 material grades), and thread control, number of threads per inch, thread angle, etc. (advanced threading options will be more stringent).
